“Rather a waste of time. I'm looking for someone to check a long garden wall for possible tree root damage. All the replies I had offered me a full building survey, it was as if no-one had actually read my enquiry and I was simply receiving an automated response. Didn't work for me.”

“We appointed a surveyor but there is no direct email. System available. The first contact did not respond to several emails and a text but there is no system for commenting on the performance of the companies. The surveyor we appointed has been excellent so far.”
