“Got some good quotes and it was all very timely. I would have liked to have seen some smaller local firms but I seemed to get a list of national firms operating in the area. This was OK, just not my personal preference.”

“The name of the site is misleading. I was provided with 3 quotes from your site, one company claimed to provide a local surveyor (the others were clearly not based nearby). After I made payment I was given details of the surveyor who would complete my survey, he was based over 100 miles away with no knowledge of the local area and terrible reviews online. Thankfully I realised straight away and was just within the window to cancel.”

“I wasn't expecting too much from this service as have utilised services like this in the past and have ALWAYS been disappointed, but I have been very pleased with the service provided and even had prompt, efficient responses from surveyors with varying quotes. Having selected a surveyor the service they have provided was fast and professional, needless to say would highly recommend.”

“Response from a number of surveyors was quick, however, I engaged a surveyor who said she could do the job at a reasonable price in a short time. Since then I have been unable to seek to her, she does not return my telephone calls or E-mails. Very poor service.”
