“Easy to use interface for achieving results quickly and finding an RICS surveyor. However, the surveyor we eventually ended up engaging as a result of using the site provided a highly unsatisfactory survey and we are still awaiting resolution to our complaint almost two months later.”

“Overall excellent service! We completely recommend it to any prospective buyer. Lindsey and Christine were excellent (1) in promptly arranging the visit to the property and (2) in advising about the most suitable report to the type of property we were buying. Paul (the surveyor) was just fantastic. He gave us detailed explanations about the status of the property. We got the full and detailed report in less than 2 days since the visit. We completely recommend their service. Five star!”

“I contacted Quadrant Surveying ( NOT Quadrant Quantity Surveyors of Boston)who were on your site as in Boston but were actually in Lincoln. They recommended me to a Mr Chris Barnes of Nene Construction Management Ltd who had minimal qualifications in Party Wall Surveying and caused me a great deal stress and waste of time. Quadrant in Lincoln have RICS on their website but RICS informs me that they are not regulated through them. If I were you I would take both Quadrant Surveyors Lincoln of your website.”

“Excellent site, used to find a surveyor for house purchase in area i did not know well, about 100 miles away. Had to spend time sifti Contacted three local companies to see if they were interested in doing survey. First said surveyor would call me when back in office, but guessing they are on world cruise as circa two months later they still have not called back. Second, plain just never answered the phone. Not sure how they expect to get work. Luckily third surveyor 'Davis Blackburn' came back to me. Courteous and very helpful explaining what a survey involved. Survey of 1st property was excellent, identifying numerous issues which i had not seen upon my inspection of the property, to the extent i did not buy property. 2nd survey very detailed and made for more positive reading.”

“Rapid search with useful basic information. Most surveyors identified were not local and I didn't use any of them. However communication with the surveyors was good and they were all happy to come to my location if commissioned.”

“I was looking for a surveyor outside of the area I live in. He did a fantastic job, and actually picked up a load of negatives which saved me buying a house that could have caused me years of headaches. Really chuffed with the speed of response as well. Great all round service.”
