“I tried to make contact on several occasions with both surveyors neither returned emails or phone messages. This was over 4 weeks ended up finding my own. I don’t understand why they put themselves forward if they do not want the business.”

“Through this website, we were directed toward a sham surveyor, a Mr Edmund Drewless of Kent Property Partnership. He took our money and produced a worthless homebuyer's report which failed to perform any adequate due diligence on the property. We instructed another surveyor to carry out a the same report which was 10 pages longer and listed 9 urgent issues that needed attention prior to exchange of contract, including damp. Mr Drewless, if indeed this is even him, should be removed from your website and lose his RICS status. Please also google Mr Drewless and his sham firm to see other reviews like this which we should have picked up before our transaction (however we placed too much trust in your website and his RICS accreditation).”

“I was pleasantly suprised to receieve a call from Ross, who had completed my survey minutes before. He walked me through the issues and clarified any questions or concerns I had. This was an above and beyond service, to which I am very grateful. This is my first house and of course have my own concerns about the process. It is people like Ross however that makes things less stressful and indeed a wholly better experience all around. If you are reading this, thank you.”

“I found it very useful in finding a charterd surveyor in a town not known to me. In addition I was able to compare the companies listed together with their fees. On contacting my chosen firm they were well organised and quickly arranged a date for the survey.”

“Hardly "local" surveyors! Not impressed at list that included some well over 100 miles away. Did actually provide one local surveyor, who I could easily have found myself with a basic "Google" search.”
