“We were disappointed that the surveyors listed were not prepared to do a roof condition report, but offered a whole house survey report instead. Not what we required. As part of the full survey is to survey the roof, we would have thought that they could have done a "partial survey " report. One surveyor suggested we approach a reputable local roofing firm for a report. This is exactly what we did not want to do, as we do not believe that they would provide an impartial report - "a big job here if we play our cards right". We did however contact a roofing firm last week as it seems to be the only way forward, but they have yet to reply. So we are no further forward. Very disappointed.”

“Using the service to find a building surveyor was easy. Based on the findings and the responses we had we chose Mr Chris White of Bentley who has proved to be professional and extremely efficient in doing the survey and producing a timely and thorough report.”

“The website was rated as being acceptable as it only provided one surveyors details. It would have been nice to have been supplied with a choice. However we did use the suggested surveyor and were satisfied with his report.”
