“There clearly isn't any integration between this aggregation site and the surveyors. Even though we had provided the full postal address and an online link to the property, two of the respondents came back with links to properties in different towns and the other three all asked us to provide the full postal address of the property. Consequently we ignored all the respondents and just did the online search directly without using any aggregation service. The feedback question below about time to reply has four options for under 12 hours but then jumps to over a week with nothing in between, that's too big a jump, there should be at least one more option.”

“I got the names of 3 surveyors in the area I was interested in. I checked their websites and spoke to two of them and eventually engaged one of them to undertake a full survey of the property I am buying. I found it helpful to get a sample report from them both to give me an idea of what I can expect from the report. Good service so far.”
