“We did receive some very interesting estimates/quotes for fee structures. Unfortunately the purchase of the property that we were to have surveyed has had to be put on hold. We will without doubt use one of the surveyors that you have introduced once the situation becomes more favourable. Thank you for your help in this matter.”

“We were put in touch with Miller Metcalfe who responded very promptly and arranged for a local surveyor to visit the property within 2-3 days. We have yet to receive the report, but were impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service.”

“They published internal photographs of my home without consulting me. I feel invaded and violated. I told them that they should have asked my permission and they told me that it shows the property conditions. When I objected they said that it showed what the rooms were being used for. I found this response ignorant. Their reasoning was insufficient and their treatment of me was arrogant.”

“Entered the required details, BUT no option for Park Home so, entered other! 2 out of the chartered surveyors phoned to see if they could be of assistance which in itself was good but along with the 2 that didn't phone me, once they knew it is a Park Home I am looking to have surveyed expressed it is not something they do. Yet the comments box for each of the companies that quoted showed Park Home!! In the end I was sent a link from an estate agent which directed me to a company who do specialise in Park Home Surveys.”

“The company, G Dolden and Associates of Kelvedon, were selected on the basis of experience, locality, and price. Their lead time was only a few days and their report was full and concise, containing the photographs we had requested. We felt that knowledge of the local planning authority could be an advantage, especially as we felt we might need them to assist us with future dealings with the LA. Their office staff were helpful and friendly.”
