“User friendly portal. Quick response and the survey was booked and carried out within a week or so. Only one gripe: we were promised a phone call from the survey to discuss in person the report, which was posted a day later than promised, after we had called to enquire, but the call has not materialised. The survey covered the areas we expected it to and not the ones we did not. The survey is far from comprehensive, it will be extremely difficult to challenge in case of dispute in future because of the many exception clauses contained within. However, we expected nothing more. Overall, a satisfactory, if expensive, and largely issue-free process.”

“Not much help. I didn't want a standard survey but that was all your site allowed me to ask for. Only 2 firms replied, neither of which was anywhere near local to me. So I didn't respond to either of them. Waste of time.”

“The website is poorly organised which makes it difficult to define the project well. I tried two different approaches and in the best case I got a reply that they did not have a qualified surveyor in the area. My follow-up question was ignored. The other surveyors did not respond.”

“I was very fortunate to be able to book a date and time very soon after contacting the company. After a few short questions, over the telephone, it was arranged for a surveryor to call a few days later. He arrived during the time frame that I was told and completed an indepth survey of my late Father's flat. Thank you”
