“A brilliant service, so easy from initial enquiry to receiving the report. We arranged a homebuyer report for two weeks after booking and it was completed within a week due to a cancellation. A very thorough and detailed report and easy to understand. It was helpful to have photos included in the report.”

“I did get a good few replies quickly but not a single one related in any way to the criteria I had posted. Most were also big National or regional companies. I wanted someone local who would know my area and it’s quirks! Some were v quick to reply but we’re the least relevant to the needs I mentioned! I found several local firms one of whom has done the job very well indeed. Can’t say I recommend your service.”
