“Reid Building Consultants. Very good service and value for money. Originally said it would be a four day turnaround but Instructed on Tuesday, booked for Thursday, emailed report Friday at 10pm. WOW.”

“Needed a reinstatement valuation for building insurance purposes. Didn’t know where to start and wasn’t even sure what product I was looking for but this site was a great start and I got exactly what I needed from it. Vendors were quick to provide quotes and I had my survey completed and the report provided within a few days.”

“Your company helped us to find Keith Gould of PFM Inspections who has carried out excellent building surveys on two properties for us. Both were extremely thorough, in the first he flagged up the need for a complete re-roofing, which led to us pulling out of the purchase, and in the second he confirmed that the property was sound and we are hoping to complete the purchase shortly. Keith is very personable and is happy to discuss the survey on the phone, which was very helpful. We have recommended him to two friends who have had similalrly pleasing experiences as ourselves.”
