“I used Complete Surveying Services, Mr V Keep. From my initial contact the process took one week. The survey was arranged promptly by Mr Keep, the visit was not disruptive or antagonistic to the property seller, and the report was clear and understandable. Given that Mr Keep provided the lowest quotation for the work and undertook the work at that rate and to a high standard I would highly recommend his services.”

“This seemed to be a good search engine coming up with competitive quotes from local surveyors. However when I contacted the cheapest quote provider they did not honour the quote generated on local building surveyors. This may have been an issue with the surveying company but I am unable to tell and was very dissapointed in the difference in price quoted on the local building surveyors website and the actual company (I did quote the cheap quote in my contact email).”

“Overall the Local Surveyors Direct website is an efficient way of providing the contact details of surveyors to a lay person, so well done. The service attracted 4 responses in 24 hours which was good. The individual surveyors provided details of their services plus examples of reports, which again ids designed to be helpful. However there were many similarities in all their descriptions /reports which made selection difficult for a lay person. Providing details of their availability would have been useful.”

“The surveyor took my cash, did the so called survey and I never heard from him again. No report or communication, hence I lost the sale of the property being surveyed. A con man masquerading as a surveyor and still practicing....”
