“Of the three recommendations given, I contacted 2 different Surveyors. The first was booked-up and couldn't complete the Survey in the timeframe I wanted. The second was also busy, but was able to complete the Survey sooner. He performed a thorough Survey, gave a detailed verbal report ahead of the written report, which informed my decision to withdraw from that particular property purchase. Exactly what I needed from a Surveyor.”
