“Expect them to cancel on the day of survey They canceled half an hour after the survey was meant to be carried out. They then didn't provide any other options than a refund. I would avoid as they can't be trusted to carry out the survey.”

“The surveyor I found based in Manea Cambs, who could act the speediest (it was an auction sale), produced an informative report speedily but failed to respond to any further queries despite inviting further questions, was impossible to get hold of either by any type of phone, and I therefore had to drop out of any pre-auction offer. Would therefore not recommend him even though his name appears on the list for another property I needed a survey for.”
