“Local Building Surveyors did what they said they would - they sourced two surveyors nearby who matched my requirements. These requirements are obtained by completing a small questionnaire. The two surveyors were advised of my search and they both responded with an hour of my request, which was impressive. I chose one of these suggestions and so far I am very pleased with the service I am receiving.”

“Used Ryan Jones from Shield Surveyors, based in Kettering to check out an early 1830's cottage. Ryan kept us fully informed throughout, we had a choice of dates to pick from and received a very detailed 40-page report incl. photos 2-days after the survey which listed a number of defects we would not have noticed. I've already recommended him to a neighbour and will look to use him again.”

“I've been bombarded by phone calls and emails and all I wanted was some idea of cost! Never again will I use these types of sites again. I've requested no more phone calls or emails but still they keep coming. There's only one person who has actually taken notice of my request and if I was going to use anyone it would be them.”

“We were looking for a Level 3 survey of a property we are purchasing in Anglesey. The site provided us with contact details of a surveyor. Following email exchanges with the surveyor and a telephone call, we assigned him to our property. The survey produced was very detailed including lots of pictures of the property.”

“I found the site to be easy to use and I received my quotes almost instantly. I asked Herongate Homes to do the survey and would be very happy to recommend them to anyone. Alison, who organised everything was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. I met Tom, the surveyor at the property and was very glad I chose him because he proved to be extremely pleasant, very knowledgable and he was happy to take time explaining his findings to me. I would be more than happy to use them for any future surveys.”

“Very easy to use and both the surveyors who responded to my enquiry did so swiftly. In the end, we appointed someone recommended to us by a friend who lived locally but I was impressed with the contact I had with the surveyors I found using the site and would recommend using it to others.”

“We contacted Chris from Downshire Surveyors, Hillsborough, who took all details and said he would be in contact again within a week. We made numerous tel calls which went straight to voicemail and never responded to emails. Absolute time waster and would defo tell anyone to stay away from Downshire Surveyors.”
