“The speed of response from the enquiry was very good. I was contacted directly by most of the architects. I met 2 but neither were right for my project, which is complex, and I have since found someone through a personal contact”

“From the five contact names you submitted to me I had one response within minutes from Steve, which I was very impressed with. A few hours later Lisa Hall sent me a quote which was way out of my range. To date I have not heard from any of the others. I wil probably be contacting Steve when I am ready to proceed.”

“In many ways - simplicity, directness, speed of response etc, - the service was very good. My main grouse is that it is not clear from the table of results whether the costs include/exclude VAT. There is a reference buried deep in the notes ("Estimates from VAT registered suppliers are already VAT inclusive.") but this should be made clearer in the table - as should whether or not the supplier is VAT registered.”

“Called and spoke to David Thompson, www.architectural.uk.com who came out the next day to look at the bungalow and the work we required doing. Pleasant, knowledgeable and sound advice was given. Email followed that night with all the costs for submitting a planning application. David is arranging to go back in the next few days to measure up and submit plans to the Council, all of this being done within a very quick timescale”

“Had prompt response. Fees vary. Only need walk by /desktop valuation for 3 flat enfranchisement no need to spend thousands as one lot wanted to do!”
