“The service was very useful. My only complaint is about surveyors contacting me afterwards. One did this by email, which I have no problem with - in fact, I found it helpful. Two contacted me by phone, which was not welcome and put me off dealing with them.”

Hi Chris, sorry that the pricing was so different from the estimate. We do ask all of the Suppliers we have listed to try to give as close an approximation as possible of what their fees will be, but obviously this has not happened in this case. We will remind them of this fact.
