“I was contacted by three or four online agents quite soon after posting and then some follow up phone calls leaving me with quite a choice all of which represents excellent valuefor money even though we are still at very early sstages of deciding how to sell”

“Contact with Local Surveyors Direct generated some good choices. I chose Max Southwell only to find that he was about to go on holiday, however the surveyor covering his absence, Simon Tidswell, has agreed to do the survey on similar terms. Overall, I am very pleased to have a survey sorted out so quickly.”

“Hi Since in logged onto your site last night i have been plagued by emails and phone calls. In fact within 2 mins of logging off the site i had a phone call off someone not even on the site offering to undercut everyone. It was only an initial enquiry just to get a rough idea for when we do need one, bur its now become a pain in the a**e.”

“Having not bought a property for over thirty years, I felt all at sea when it came to choosing a surveyor. I didn't know how much they cost, nor whom I could trust to do a good survey for me. After going onto the website I was able to make an informed decision and to realise the importance of choosing a RICS member. I managed to find someone who was very good indeed at half the cost I had been quoted by someone local.”

“Within 40 seconds of placing an enquiry for an asbestos management survey we got our first response and others followed very quickly. The quotations were all less than we had previously had and we selected one of the earliest responses at a great price. The surveyor completed a site visit the following morning and provided a finished report by the evening. We were very pleased with how the website/enquiry worked and with the quality of the responses - good experienced organisations that were efficient but not at all pushy.
