“I needed a EPC at short notice. My assessor Mr Shah contacted me with a confirmed offer and willing to visit my property to my requirements. Mr Shah was on time, pleasant, carried out the assessment and produced the certificate by email well within 48hours. Thank you Mr Shah - I was very impressed with your services.”

“1 company was based in Ruislip which is to far away -they stated ! 2 other company never responded to my call after asking for name and number. The company that did arrive didn't know how to fix the problem-came the day after i phoned. i have phoned them back with my disappointment about the service which cost me £89 and is still not working. They cannot come back now until next week and i don't think they wanted to commit to it anyway.”

“I'm very impressed with this service... what a quick response!!! within minutes of me giving very basic information re: the work in hand, a full list of quotes and contact details pinged into my In- Box with all the surveyors coming back to me in a very short space of time... Thank you! you saved me a lot of research time as it reached those who were interested in the work straight away!”

“The response to the submitted information was almost immediate, with a list of 8 potential providers. Within a couple of minutes of that, the first two had contacted by phone; Another four made phone contact, email or both during the next couple of hours. Impressive response time.”
