“We received a succinct report which included salient photographs and explanations of critical factors concerning the property in question. Follow-up discussion with the surveyor was encouraged concerning the contents of the report, which we found extremely useful in reaching our final decision about whether or not to proceed with the purchase. Based on our very positive experience, we would certainly recommend Shore Residential Surveyors to others.”
