“I am in the process of house buying (first time) and need to find different surveyors. Find you website very helpful to find surveyors and approximate quotes in all categories very quickly. Was really please with it. (I have not contacted the surveyors yet so don't know how exact are the results.)”

“I found the site very easy to use and had four immediate responses and one who called me today to give me advice and tell me what he would need. He was surprised that our Splicitor was not getting this done instead of us. Very helpful information”

“Very good site, however, I had not been made aware that the site passed on my details to all the companies listed. I had planned to contact only a couple of them, rather than being 'swamped' by emails. This aspect of your site / service should be made clearer. It is not something you would expect from a price comparison site.”

“Only able to find one Surveyor (EPC) within the Surrey area which I found surprising. Nonetheless without the Directory I wouldn't have been able to find that.”

“Entered my details on-line quickly and easily, received multiple estimates and contact details very quickly, phoned a couple and got a survey organised easily and for less than others had quoted. Would use again”

“I was amazed by this service. I entered my details and immediately received details of 8 local surveyors and 8 estimated prices. By 9am the next morning I had received 6 e mails with confirmed quotes and details of the services and reports provided. All of these were of very high quality and it was hard to choose between them. An excellent service with excellent firms participating”

“Contacted one of the companies listed by your site ( the nearest) for clarification of what qualification was needed. They indicated they didn't do commercial EPC's. Sites such as yours need to be kept up to date. Yours manifestly isn't. Better guidance on what qualification is required is needed on the site. Three companies did contact us within the hour though, which was good. We chose a local surveyor as he knew the property already and was slightly cheaper.”

“I used this site when looking for a local contractor to carry out an EPC. The site was way to follow and took. I time at all to get the information I needed. I instantly got a list of local providers once registered and this was emailed to me straight away to. There was a good range of providers with their location and cost for the job presented. I would recommend the site”
