“2nd time using them. Ryan and Alice was both helpful. We had an issue with the land registry this time which required me to contact them constantly to get expedited but once I got that sorted, the rest of the process was completed within a couple of days.”

“It's been a long road with lots of disappointments. We've decided to give up as obtaining a remortgage seem impossible. Mr Connor Power said to give him some more time and this was worthwhile. With his skills and determination combined with support from Ms Christine O'Regan they delivered. We are private contractors and sometimes were paid outside IR35 and sometimes within IR35. This is a complex situation which Connor understood and was able to present our case. I would highly recommend this team as they kept us informed through out the process and never give up.”

“Ryan Colman and Charlotte Hill… initially contacted by Ryan and explained what had happened up to this point, been a tricky ride to get a mortgage sorted. Explained the situation to him … some later points needed to be addressed first in order to avoid further disappointment. Less that 12hrs later the process was started and an offer swiftly followed…. all of our issues addressed an excellent offer and duly accepted by us…. very very alert to all correspondence both Ryan and Charlotte. They both should not underestimate how pleased we are to of secured this mortgage and we cannot praise their work high enough 100%…. a go to company … outstanding work.”
