“I was sceptical when we approached Loan.co.uk as our bank had turned us down, but thankfully I was put through to Caroline and she assured me it was not a hopeless effort. Long story short, Caroline was courteous, friendly and kept us informed through the whole process. We got our loan at a great interest rate and I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Trustworthy.”

“Misleading. We were told many times the outcome was positive and the loan had been approved. This was wrong. We asked several times if this was 100% as had to instruct solicitors and consultants. This was confirmed and all that was left to do to complete our loan was legals and formalities which were not a Problem. It took a week from this point before we were asked questions about property etc and were let down via email on the day we were due to exchange contracts. This was devastating and were left several thousand out of pocket.”

“The mortgage adviser (Melissa) was very pleasant, always quickly returned calls and emails and extremely helpful in guiding me throughout the process. I award her 5 stars (or 10/10!). This service has high fees but is efficient and speedy and so all completed very quickly. Many thanks.”
