“A steady process from start to finish. Jordan our advisor carefully listened and took into consideration our wants and needs. She found us a suitable product within days and guided us through each step of the process. Contact was regular and gave us important updates if our application. It was convenient to get in touch if we had any questions too, as we could get in touch via phone or email or send a text to indicate a suitable for us, when we were at work. Jordan was unavailable, there was somebody else to talk to and update us as they had details of our case. Overall, a great experience- one which we would highly recommend!”

“I had a significant money concern that needed to be addressed with a loan. Loan.co.uk, were excellent from initial contact through to completion. Speed of feedback, the chase, the answering of questions, assistance on documents, a clear explanation of costs, different options and considerations ! All covered and done with a pleasant dialogue, patience were needed and in the end a great result, thank you so much. I dealt with Chris and Darryl and as a team they never left me drift when I had difficulties and when they were away on holiday they covered each other seemlessly. Cheers Guys !”

“I called LOAN to help me as a previous company let me down after 2 months of saying they could do the loan and they couldn’t. LOAN was very helpful right from the start and clear on what they wanted from me which I supplied them as quick as I could. They told me the loan was no problem but to be honest there were a few problems but HARRY helped me all the way and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be on the end of the phone. I called a lot and hassled Harry a lot but he took it all and helped me through. The actual lender called together gave us a few problems and kept changing there mind and moving the goal posts but with Harry’s help and now Aaron too we got through and the money was paid into my account. I can’t recommend LOAN enough and if all the advisers there help as much as HARRY you will all have an easy time. THANKS Harry for all your help. Wayne and Catherine matten.”

“Lucy Williams, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to us and made us feel at ease. She is an absolute credit to the company. Lucy put so much time and effort into us and answered any questions we had immediately. Lucy was always at the end of the phone and her dedication to our claim went above and beyond.
