“We stumbled across Loans.co.uk Ltd by accident but we are so glad we did as we managed to find what we had failed to in so many other lenders! Lucy was helpful, friendly, professional and kept in contact throughout proceedings. The turnaround time from start to finish was around 2 weeks too!”

“Brilliant customer service provided by Anna Rapley. From our first phone call right through to the loan completion I was kept fully informed (Anna even monitored our loans progress with the lender on her day off and provided me with a update!). Overall I couldn’t recommend Anna more.”

“Excellent customer service from Anna Rapley, I couldn’t fault her. I honestly feel like I have made a friend. Anna worked so hard to get us to completion which has proven difficult in the current climate but Anna reassured us that we would get there and she was right. “My contact person was Rosie Murray, she was amazing. She was extremely helpful and professional from the start. She talked through all the processes and explained them in what i would call 'plain English' making sure I understood all the 'T&C's'. I had a few problems with my loan at the start because my house was 'in trust' so it took a while to sort that out but Rosie kept in contact checking on the progress and kept the 3rd party up to date. We both had a laugh at the end of the process because it is like 'saying goodbye to a friend'. I would recommend Loan.co.uk, especially Rosie.”

Even when our case manager (Anna Rapley) truly went over and beyond and if on rare occasion she was unavailable any other member of the team that we spoke to was able to talk knowledgable for and to us.
