“I would like to shout out to Sariah Bagley. She has been a complete breeze to work with throughout this process. From start to finish Sariah kept us informed, provided clear instructions, supported us with our many questions and was overall very pleasant to speak to. Often discussions about loans can be stressful, but we didn’t feel like that at all! If Sariah’s manager reads this I would say she definitely needs a bonus haha!”

“The entire process has been made extremely easy and we are delighted with the outcome. The communication and support we received from initially James and then Sue was outstanding. All phone calls and emails were responded to extremely promptly and appropriately (which is very rare ). We were kept up to date throughout the entire process and given very clear guidance about what we needed to do.”

“We firstly had Shak Mukith to start our journey for the loan, and he was first class. Lucy Williamson , assisted us through the rest. Lucy was fantastic, nothing was an issue. Lucy also communicated with us on her day off. Will miss talking with her . The whole experience with your company and Pepper was brilliant.”

“I dealt with a couple of people at loan. The first was a lady called Natalie and the second a gentleman called David. Both were absolutely amazing at securing us our mortgage. We had some bumps in the road but both Natalie and David worked so hard to get us the best product that met our needs. I can’t thank either of them enough and will absolutely recommend them and their services to anyone I know.”

“Myself, and my wife have both had a very good experience with this company. Greg our mortgage advisor was really good and a genuinely nice person to speak to. We did have a little blip with our initial application, but this was dealt with brilliantly. Niki who looked after us during the mortgage assessment stage was fab too, and kept us up to date and informed until we got our offer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Loan.co.uk to my friends or family.”

“They managed to secure my secure loan quite quickly and easy to consolidate my existing credit. Lauren Hibbert was really helpful gathering quotes from multiple companies. With this loan, this has saved me a few hundred pounds a month where I was barley making payments. Just want to say thanks to Lauren and her team.”

“This was i was informed would be fairly quickly, but it was notbut this was due to the legal part of the loan,Samantha at Loan.co.uk was very good and tried to sort out a lot of the queries that came from the solicitors,but unfortunately she could move it forward as quickly as i would have wanted which caused a few problems with the builders,but she did persist and she explained to me that it was her job to sort the problems out as the go between.”
