“We approached The Loan Co. for a 2nd mortgage and we were very happy with their customer service and shear dogged determination to help us get what we required for home improvements. We did have one or two problems on the way but together we sorted it all out. All in all an excellent company to deal with. Just a hint: we found Joe Rawlings and Darryl Wooley most professional and helpful”

“Tiara from Loan.co.uk Ltd has been absolutely marvelous in helping us with our second mortgage. Tiara took the time to fully understand our situation and supported us through the whole process of application. Undertaking an application for a second mortgage can be daunting but Tiara kept us informed at the various stages and reassured us through the form completion processes explaining jargon and terms in language we could understand. She proactively approached lenders on our behalf always with our best interests at heart. She would always answer calls and emails very promptly and I know that Tiara even dealt with our case on her own time away from the office, that's is professionalism and a genuine attitude to her work and customers. Would I recommend Loan.co.uk and especially Tiara, absolutely. Thank you Tiara.”

“I found the staff that I dealt with at Loan.co.uk Ltd to be so friendly, patient and helpful that it actually restored my faith in people, especially people whom we have to deal with over the telephone. I have health issues which can mean I’m not always available to answer telephone calls or emails straight away. Also organising paperwork and sending forms etc. back through the post can often be done days or weeks later than I’d like. This was no problem for the guys at Loan.co.uk and they helped me where possible and kept the pressure off. They always answered my calls and emails cheerfully and professionally. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Shanie and Carl, I’m very grateful to you both for helping me get my finances sorted.”

“Probably the most complicated secured loan case that we have ever placed with Loan.Co.Uk ! From start to finish Bryony went above and beyond to get the application processed and approved .
