“We applied for and were approved for a loan. The customer service was superb, they guided and kept us informed every single step of the way. Replies to e-mails were exceptionally speedy, always within a couple of minutes. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Would recommend Loan.co.uk, without any hesitation whatsoever. This is so rare these days, in fact I cannot think of any other company we have had dealings with in the last few years who have been so helpful and professional in every way - thank you.”
