“Kam was great right from the start, always on the ball with returning emails/calls. Explained everything in full, in understandable terms. Was happy to go over things with us a few times and not once made us feel like we were asking to much. He understood the urgency of the situation and was always respectful to my elderly dad. Very kind and professional and cant thank him enough for all his help and understanding.”

“From the first instance the advice was superb, Tom handled all of our questions and found us a suitable product then we were passed over to Lucy who was amazing. Very attentive, friendly and most importantly human. Was there at the end of the phone and email whenever needed and always had the solutions to any issues we had (which were minimal) the whole process from start to finish took 10 days and the service is brilliant. Would recommend to anyone looking to gain finance. Keep up the great work.”

“Absolutely outstanding service snd professionalism from Tom at Loans.co.U.K. Could not highly recommend enough. Slightly challenging issues on the property we were purchasing but Tom was super helpful and speedy in his dealing of it . Looking forward to recommending and dealing with Tom in the future.”

“Would not recommend. I needed some advice regarding bank statements and if more up to date wage slips than what I already sent were required. I emailed several times the advisor Natalie stopped replying to me.”

“I spoke to Karen today for some straightforward advice re our loft conversion loan. What a breath of fresh air! Having spoken to some other loan companies I can definitely say she was knowledgable, kind, helpful and I felt like I was getting the best advice rather than being sold something that would end up being a nightmare for me. “Loan.co.uk, in particular kamal, have beed incredible. Kamal's service is second to none. He replies almost instantly, anytime of day, night or weekend. We have dealt with many brokers over the years and Kamal is by far the best we have ever encountered. The service is so fast. Loan.co.uk have changed the future of our investment business.
