“Loan are absolutely amazing. Professional and reliable and great communication. Even when I was made redundant during the original application, they kept communication open with the lender and ourselves. Now I have a new job and the application went through so easily. Thank you so much to Nicola, Lisa and Lucy you are an amazing team. I would definitely recommend you!”

“Since my application they have made it seamless! It's actually been really straightforward I would like to thank Lucy Williams who was my case manager. She has been excellent in communication, clarity of information needed, and liaising to get it all sorted. It's taken less than 3 weeks from first enquiring, to completion, so a big thank you again! “I was dealing with a lady who was amazing, so on the ball and acted on my emails asap. She unfortunately left and my account was passed on to someone else (Danielle) who was horrendous, so slow and customer service was shocking. Would avoid at all costs now!”

“What time wasters! Waited 3 months for a remortgage to be told no communication was poor I had to chase up all the time to be told we need this we need that stuff that I had already provided they are just total time wasters feel very let down when another company could of sorted this out for me avoid at all costs they seems helpful at the start but couldn’t be more wrong”

Occasionally we have to wait on lender or 3rd party responses before we can provide further updates, which can cause delays to an application or update.
