“From the start the application was handled sensitively, promptly & professionally. I had been speaking to some other companies but realised that I was in good hands from the start of the application to its conclusion. The staff were helpful & guided me on information required for completion of application & its progression in a timely way. They were so good. I can say honestly they were good listeners & were able to investigate & ask for any further information without creating any stress for me. Given that we all have busy lives I can say that if you want a professional & timely service this is the company to come to. Jodie, Lee and Robert who I spoke to were briliant. On the journey I had good advice with a real attention to detail which was personalised to my circumstances. I wish the company continuing success as can be testified by its many other reviews.”

“The best customer experience I’ve ever experienced! Shout out to Becky (Adviser), Christine (case handler) for sorting our mortgage in three days ! Professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Also special mention to Charlie in the protection team, this company knows how to recruit amazing staff, you won’t be disappointed and I never usually review anything, especially financial products or services. “Inquired about bridging loan and spoke with Jamie who was really understanding and knowing what to do knowing it was urgently required. He passed the claim onto Nadine Titus who deals with the bridging loans who made the whole application go through on time and knew every step helping things go through, without the help of Nadine I wouldn't of got the loan and lost my property was purchasing plus deposit so massive thanks go out to her for making things happen and go through on time 👏”
