“I had a fast and efficient service from start to finish. Both Lenka and lee helped me with everything. My re mortgage took only 3 weeks and it was over the Christmas period. Many thanks to loans.co.uk. I would happily recommend this service to anyone.”

“Melissa Woodley and Harry Smith were very helpful during this process and made it very easy for me to get the loan. Melissa also gave me good updates frequently and made sure I was able to understand the process. “From my initial enquiry through to my loan completion the entire team were incredibly courteous, friendly, informative & efficient. My initial contact was with Charlie Watts who took time to explain everything to me so clearly and so patiently (thank you Charlie!) Melissa Woolley - thank you for your patience and for all your help and your sense of humour! & Anna Rapley for updating me regularly, closing the process with me and giving me the good news! Rachel Marcucci & Matt Dempsey for your help during the initial application. One of the main things that was really positive was that everyone in the team was so friendly & approachable. There is so much hype in the media about the conduct of loan companies and I was apprehensive to even take the first call after my online enquiry but if it wasn't for Charlie and his tenacity, efficiency & friendliness I probably wouldn't have proceeded. “I was extremely impressed by the responsiveness of loan.co.uk. I had an email exchange with Melissa who was always responsive, courteous and helpful. She answered my questions and followed up at sensible intervals. She demonstrated concern and caring, and wasn't at all pushy. This left me feeling that I wanted to buy, which is rare! Although, in the event, I didn't need a bridging loan on this occasion I would definitely go to loan.co.uk for any other needs. She was a great ambassador.”
