“The service received is what everyone should look to achieve! From start to finish the journey has been superb! First time buyers with no idea where to start and what we could lend, Jon was fantastic and understood our circumstances and helped us make decisions. Eleanor was also fantastic in supporting the final part of the process. Emails and chat messages were quickly answered, always made time for a call and explained the process of buying a property beyond just securing a lender. They have taken the stress away! Within three weeks we had a mortgage offer. The online portal is a great way to upload documents quickly. We can’t thank you enough for all your help”

“Wow, I can’t believe how smoothly it all ran. Initially I spoke with Kam who sorted out the best deal for me and was there to answer any questions I had. Nadine took over and was amazing; she kept me informed at every step of the way. Today the deal was completed and I am the proud owner of my new house. Very exciting. “The first person who I spoke to was Nick Shearer who was absolutely amazing from the start, took time to explain everything in detail and not judging about the circumstances of why we needed a loan.
