“Great service, for a remortgage process this was a lot easier compared to other companies. They pulled a lot of the details from the credit agency which saved a lot of effort and time, they then matched us with the right company even though our situation was non-standard and complicated due to extensive building works in progress. We had originally started our journey with another broker who wasted a lot of our time and advised that they couldn't help us after months of effort. Fortunately the team (Imogen and others) at Loan.co.uk made the whole thing easy. My only small niggle, is that they collect their fees before the whole remortgage process is fully completed. They were transparent about this, but it left me nervous around what would happen if the process collapsed after I'd paid their fees would I have to restart and be then out of pocket. It all worked out though. Thanks again for an excellent service, I look forward to using your services again in the future.”

“Came across Loan.co.uk after being rejected from a high street lender for a debt consolidation / home improvement loan, the entire team were fantastic, Carl initially took all my details and financial situation on the Friday afternoon, passed me on to Lucy who is just an amazing financial advisor, kept me up to date with the entire process via texts, emails and phone calls, nothing was too much trouble and reassured me throughout the process. Fast forward 2 weeks and we’ve now paid off all our credit cards / loans and have a complete financial life reset. “Made a few phone calls told them my problems and issues with high interest credits card debt, sat back and they did the rest, Lucy my advisor kept in touch daily till loan was settled and debt was consolidated , about 2 weeks all in stress free and now I'm paying 67% less each month ....thank you”
