“Excellent communications throughout my " difficult" case, which due to errors by HSBC and Land Registry took 3 months!!!! Particularly would like to mention Anna and Lee who bore the brunt of the elongated process!!! Charges very reasonable in relation to the actual loan amount they succesfully obtained for me!”

“It is good to be able to speak to someone who is calm and understanding especially when you are in the midst of financial trouble. Carl has been very pleasant to talk to, given me plenty of time to discuss my situation and has explained every detail to me. Carl, Lucy and the rest of the team has been brilliant. “I have just taken out a new policy through Dominic and I cannot be more grateful to him. He talked me through everything at every stage and was very clear and made sure that I understood everything.
