“Had never done a second charge mortgage before. Loan.co.uk were able to help. The fee is steep but speclialist mortgages are not easy to come b and I was glad to get the loan regardless. The team were helpful and always accessible.”

“Aaron and Kym made the whole process seemless. The lender wanted everything but my show size but Kym talked me through everything and both did everything possible to make the loan fit for me. Couldn't rate them highly enough! Thanks guys x”

“I have completed my loan journey having dealt with some very dedicated people at Loans.Co.UK form start to finish. Even the people I talked to just the once were "on the ball" and able to fully assist in answering any of my questions. My first encounter was with Arran Laundon who was superb and my case manager who took over form him, Kym Birkett-Stubbs, was patient, considerate and simply outstanding throughout the entire process.”
