“Well I don’t know where to begin, I have never ever wanted or needed a bridging loan before as soon as I contacted Airan and his incredible team, well nothing was to much trouble they explained everything to me in detail nothing was to much trouble. They where constantly on the phone supporting me every step of the way.Now I must add I am not a businesswoman I am a mature lady on her own who wanted to buy a property in an other part of the country,my house sale was a little slow so in order not to lose the property I was buying timing was of the utmost importance Airans team all knew this. What an incredible TEAM of people you are l have learnt such a lot from each and every one of you. I do not hesitate in recommending, LOAN.CO.UK”

“I was looking to begin an IVA or even bankruptcy until I contacted loans.co.uk and spoke to Carl. He explained all of my options and suggested a second mortgage to clear our debts. The whole process was made so simple and easy with Carl taking us every step of the way and keeping in touch via email and telephone constantly so I was aware of what was going on. He was so patient and informative with me, especially when I was anxious about being accepted for the money. Carl is a massive credit to the company and I’m not sure that if hadn’t been as amazing as he was, that we would have continued our application with the company. Carl, thank you for making this process so smooth and speedy and for constantly trying to reassure me! If I ever needed financial help again I would return to this company without a second thought thanks to the most fantastic Carl!”
