“Hello. The loan.co.uk team were all there for me. Very helpful service. I struggle with bipolar and taking on a bridging loan seemed an immense task for me. “We got referred to Loan.co.uk via my mortgage broker. Having a challenging set of circumstances they really did pull out all of the stops to sort our second charge. Despite an undervalue on the house valuation at the last minute, they managed to find another lender to keep things on track. We both work in retail, which means customer service is key, so we know what good looks like! We would like to mention Melissa Woolley for her tireless work and phenomenal communication. “Sariah called us everyday to keep us up to date. I honestly believe that girl never sleeps, she would phone at all times and say she was in the office till 8pm. Any information she required she would call and ask us to send it through. It was a lengthy process but made less painful by the competence of the staff working for Loan.co.uk.”

“Craig was absolutely amazing throughout the entirety of my buying process. As a first time buyer experiencing a difficult purchase he went above and beyond to ensure that my mortgage and insurances were right for me and, when it looked like my mortgage might expire he did his best to ensure my purchase went through before we needed to reapply. I couldn’t reccomend the service I received more, it’s been utterly invaluable. Thank you!”

“We highly recommend you pay loan.co.uk a visit before applying for a mortgage anywhere else! From our initial conversation with Peter, we were impressed. The time taken, the effort put in and the personal touch he provided is sincerely appreciated by us. Peter and Lucy made it possible for us to achieve what we thought was impossible. They are both an asset to your company very understanding, knowledgeable and caring and they kept us informed and updated on a regular basis. We have to say they provided an exceptionally amazing level of service that we cannot fault in any way. We found them to be very helpful at every stage of the process with great communications, useful recommendations and very accessible at all times. “Dealt with Harry Wright, we needed finance VERY short notice (coupe of hours), Harry had me an AIP within 20 minute of my enquiry. We didn't actually proceed with our purchase but the service received in establishing the principle was fantastic, FAST, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT.”
