“outstanding and fast service!! from the very start until the loan was approved, staff very professional and friendly, they requested the information needed to avoid any delays in the process and provided me with updates every step of the way, they also offered me very competitive loan deals, would recommend 100%”

“The process was relatively fast and easy. Our case handler was Amy. She was really helpful and polite. Always answered out emails and questions and always called us back if we needed to speak to her. We cannot fault the service all the agents we spoke to were friendly and helpful.”

“Listen at the start, never judged just advised they are there to help ease the financial strain. They kept me up dated through out, even to let me know they would be going on holiday but someone else will be stepping in to fill the gap. True to the word someone did. James L and Darryl were superstars. Thank you!”

“From the start to the finish of our loan application, Anna and Darryl were nothing but Professional courteous, and very prompt at dealing with the many many obstacles that we encountered. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and patience, This loan had made a massive difference to our finances moving forward and again thank you Darryl and Anna. “Unsure at first about dealing online but was first contacted by Billy who immediately put me at ease and explained everything so thoroughly. Once things were progressing, Amy then assisted in making sure forms were completed and correct. Both were amazingly helpful and on hand to answer my never ending list of questions throughout. I was one of the ‘not straightforward’ customers and needed that extra bit of guidance and assurance along the way. Beginning to end it still only took around 10 weeks but some of this was unavoidable delay and not due to delays from Loan.co.uk. Great service and would highly recommend. Professional at all times but also approachable. Thanks again!”

“From the very start of the process to the loan being completed the experience has been first class good prompt communication plenty of emails letting me know where we are up to and what needs doing. Special mention to Amy wetter who was always on hand to answer any questions that I had and made the whole process a lot easier to get through than I thought it would be.”

“Hi, my experience with Loan.co.uk was first class. Stacey Hibbert and Peter Marriott went above and beyond to make sure my secured loan was accepted. Considering I was an impatient customer at times, they dealt with me professionally and came back to me with speedy responses and put me at ease. I was constantly kept informed. There were a few bumps along the road, but they sorted out the issues and ensured the loan made completion. All in all an extremely happy customer!!”
