“Amazing service from start to finish! A phone call with Jamie M and the mortgage offer was all sorted (and it was a Sunday!) and Steven L followed up with all in between before completion. They both reassured me throughout and wouldn’t think twice about using them again! Fantastic!”

“I can safely say that our house purchase would have DEFINITELY fallen through, had it not been for the fact that Sam, Hollie and team at Loan.co.uk being so helpful, diligent, and just well, so on the ball, despite failings from just about everyone else, including a solicitor involved, being wound down / investigated a DAY before the house purchase completion! They managed to tie it all together, GREAT communications - Sam pulled out all of the stops initially, under a VERY tight deadline, and Hollie has been absolutely amazing! - both are an absolute credit to this company, helping us to overcome every obstacle thrown at us... Regardless of whichever lender you go with via these guys, rest assured that in my experience, they are EXCELLENT, customer-centric (Not just £££-centric!) brokers / advisors... I am honestly over the moon with the level and professionalism of service, and empathy received during what has been, for various other unfortunate reasons, a nightmare of a buying process! I absolutely, whole-heartedly recommend this company given my personal experiences with them, and should I ever need temporary bridging funds again, they will be my ONLY choice...”

“I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I've previously used a fee free broker which was ok but worlds apart from the service I've had from loan. My requirements were not straight forward, involving 2 buy to let and 1 residential property which adds complexity and limitations with many lenders. Becky had a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to seamlessly navigate me through various options achieving 3 mortgage offers in super quick time. Becky's approach was so personable, I felt I could trust her immediately and she was empathetic to my situation throughout. I'm not the easiest of customers to please but she was literally faultless. Onto the aftercare I've also had a great experience here, everything ran lock clockwork with clear and timely updates taking away any worry I had. I've also spoken to another colleague who has found me a very competitive life insurance policy. Again, nothing too much trouble and absolutely no pressure to proceed. I'll definitely be using loan for my future requirements, great team”
