“Easy process, very helpful, they respond quickly. Just remember once agreed with lender you do have to pay the fee before you receive the monies. Would recommend.”

“I was in touch of two mortgage brokers, Rebecca the advisor certainly stands out during our initial contact so I chose her without hesitatioon. Proved to be the right decision. Rebecca and also Christine the case handler were both very professional, helpful, patient, courteous, and responsive along the way. The process was a breeze. I would certainly recommend.”

“I can't thank Samantha enough for the effort that she put in from start to finish to enable me to get the funds for my refurbishment. It certainly wasn't straight forward but she always found ways and means to keep pushing forward. Thanks to Sammy I can crack on and actually live in a house instead of a building site! I'd have no hesitation in using this company again.”

“Andrew stather was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble and he talked me through the whole process (even how to use my mobile phone to send him docs) and Christine who took over has been amazing too. Keeping us informed about everything step by step. Highly recommend these people and there company thank you guys you have made my son and his wife very happy with the gift I am now able to give them. Geoff and sharon”

“First reached out to loan.co.uk in August regarding remortgaging with my current lender. I first dealt with Mike who was very informative and really helpful helping me navigate a really difficult case. Eventually through no fault of loan I had to go direct to lender to obtain a term extension. I returned to loan.co.uk in December to complete an advance request on the mortgage. I then dealt with Joe first and then Charlotte. I'm really impressed with everyone I have dealt with at loans and they were successful in helping me achieve my mortgage advance.”
