“Can't thank this company enough, amazing from start to finish. Having a poor credit rating meant I was limited to what I could get as a mortgage. Ryan Holloway and Christine O'Regan went above and beyond to get me a mortgage other brokers deemed as 'impossible to get' in my situation. Ryan has a wealth of knowledge of the market, and found me a mortgage that was beyond my expectations. If anyone needs a mortgage, Loan.co.uk is the place to go. Can't fault them one bit. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Big shout out to Charlotte too, was very helpful when Ryan and Christine weren't available, and one of the nicest people I've had privilege talking to.”

“Fantastic experience. Kelly Owens was just brilliant to deal with. Great communication - She was always quick to return calls and messages and pushed our application forward. Kelly has been proactive at every stage of the application and acted on our behalf super efficiently. Equally Carl Martin at the start of the process was very helpful, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will use agin without hesitation. Thank you.”

“Dave (our broker) worked hard to get us a great deal. As pensioners we needed something affordable and he searched the market. Great, patient service. Christine ( our case manager) kept us in touch every step of the way, making it as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend Loan.co.uk”

“Very professional & efficient service. Kept in touch during the whole process and explained clearly every aspect of the application including all fees. Mark & James were knowledgeable, polite and went over & above to ensure loan went through as quickly as possible.
