“Brilliant service from start to finish. Carl was so helpful securing the offer and Jemma likewise seeing us through to completion. Uncomplicated and very efficient communication at all times, we were never left in the dark as to the progress of our application. “Initial contact was a friendly, helpful interaction and helped to create the loan we needed and what the payback would be so we ensured affordability. “Brilliant service both when initially looking at taking out a loan from Ryan and from Sharn when we went ahead. The whole process took less than three weeks - when we initially enquired Ryan was totally transparent about what was involved and things to consider. Sharn then took over when we decided to proceed and helped us to stay on track with the application and providing a human and friendly touch. Am always skeptical about banks etc but would highly recommend loan.co.uk as they have been clear throughout. Thank you.”
