“I would like to thank Stacey and her colleagues for all their help in sorting this secured loan. It was a speedy process with a happy voice at the end of the phone, giving good and sound advice at all times. all queries were processed quickly and efficiently. In fact, the process was seamless, even when, at times if felt like a lot of information was being asked for from myself. Stacey was always reassuring and professional and I would like to say a huge thank you.”

“The absolute best service! I thought finding a mortgage for the first time was going to be stressful & time consuming but my mortgage advisor Michael was absolutely awesome. “Slick service from loans.co.uk from start to (nearly) finish. Started with Ben who was excellent and laid everything out professionally. Kym finalised the process and kept me informed of every detail they were following up. Finally Rob has been great in finding the best life cover, he didn't give up and am grateful for his time. They all call you back when they say they will and keep you informed throughout. Their fee certainly exceeds the service they provide. You these guys with confidence. I was initially about to go with Fluent, however they wanted nearly 3x as much (probably for the money supermarket plug), were rather pushy and only contacted me so they could match any price elsewhere.”

They have patiently taken me through the process of loan and insurance cover, finding me the most cost effective products for my circumstances.
