“Aaron at Loans UK is a miracle worker, we had a very complex case that many other lenders could not help with, but once Aaron was on board he just took control assuring us 100% of the way. “Brilliant service throughout the whole process. Although there were times of uncertainty, which you would expect if you've never taken out a large loan before, I had all my questions and concerns answered promptly. I respect any company that gives me direct answers, without the need to dress up the truth. It displays a great level of respect in my opinion and it's probably the main reason I stuck with them till the end.”

“Rosie was amazing throughout the process. The frequency of communication from her was spot on and she always came back to me with any questions I had in less than 24 hrs. Does she ever have a break from work :-). Excellent customer service and took the stress out of the process. I am astounded at how quick and smooth the process was.”

“The service I have received from Loans.co.uk has been absolutely fantastic. The product was clearly explained to me and the link with the solicitor worked extremely well. I was almost gazumped at the last minute and the mortgage guys and the solicitor did their upmost to help me get my dream home in the end. I couldn't thank them enough especially Jon Pratt I couldn't have gotten through the last week without his support he gave me. He is an absolute star.”
