“Great experience with Loan.co.uk I converted a bridging loan to a buy-to-let mortgage and they were fantastic, really professional, informative and explained all my options very thoroughly. “All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Calls and e-mails were responded too in exemplary timing. I feel the best deal was found for me in my difficult situation, after being disappointed with initial house valuation a new offer was found and put through in good time. All in all remit took 3 weeks for whole process with a bump in the road that was no fault of the company’s.”

“Feel very let down with this company, they take information from you without guiding you properly and then let you hang in mid air, offering all sorts before you start promising all kinds of lending but are not 100% clear that only a minority will ever get a lending as they want over 100% guaranteed in their hands before lending … very unclear and untruthful at the start , just to grab a client”

“Thank you to Connor Power for helping me find the correct mortgage, he was extremely helpful throughout the process. Connor was always there to answer any of my questions and explain the process as I am a first time buyer. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Alice Frank was fantastic in the process after the mortgage was selected. She was always there to answer any of my questions and frequently providing me with updates and next steps.
