“This was a very easy process there was lots of communication and help with form filling. My advisor Stacey was always polite professional and always helped with every part of completing my loan.”

“We were very happy with all the people at Loan.co.uk. We also like the communication channels (email, sms, phone calls), quick replies, opening times (esp.on weekends when our discussions mainly took place). It started with Jamie as he laid out all the options available for us. He got us deal which no online mortgage calculator or direct phone calls with banks did. We couldn't have got our first family home without him. He gave us the space to think it through and were there when we were ready to jump. It was followed by Niki while we were waiting for the bank to issue the mortgage offer. And then Andrew who went the extra mile and flagged our case at bank as urgent (despite not having contact to correct dptm) which helped to expedite additional investigation so we could complete the purchase before the nervous seller could remarket the property. It was stressful and tedious journey but the team at Loan.co.uk made it possible. We thank you for our lovely home.”

“We used loan.co.uk after they contacted us from our initial enquiry a year ago. Ryan Coleman was our first contact and as our application wasn't straight forward he worked tirelessly to find a company to take us on. Even after that the mortgage company had lots of questions and Ryan sorted them all through us. Andrew Schuffe to our case after we had an offer and he worked professionally to push our mortgage through. We had to contact them numerous times after we had paid their fee and again Andrew and Ryan were always there to help. We had lots of queries regarding conveyancer charges and they were all sorted straight away. Absolutely excellent service.”

“Loan.co.uk were brilliant. I knew I needed to consolidate my debts so I was paying less per month, but Scott and Jamie helped me pick the right solution for me. Kayleigh then arranged the paperwork with Halifax and was easily contactable if I had any problems. They are a terrific team and I highly recommend them.”

“A brilliant team. Ian and Andrew really went the extra mile for us. They worked hard to find the best deal that aligned with our requirements and the communication throughout was exceptional. “My experience with loan.co.uk was amazing. The ladies (Ana & Lucy) who dealt with my application were superb. They were in constant contact with guidance and advice and made everything so easy to understand and I knew what to do, when I was supposed to do it. The new process of digital signing documents (which had only been in place a few weeks prior to my application, was a bit of an unknown regarding how it actually worked, but once this has been in place longer and it is fully understood, then there is not one thing about this whole process with loan.co.uk that I can fault. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or left in the dark days on end, I spoke to the ladies at loan.co.uk on a daily basis, often multiple times. Many thanks for everything”
