“I can't speak highly enough of Matthew Dempsey, who worked with me to complete a sizeable 2nd charge loan just before Christmas (literally - on the 24th!). He was clear, proactive, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I had never taken this type of product before, and I know that working with me brought its challenges. Matthew was calm and positive throughout, and helped me through all the wrinkles, displaying an impressive work ethic and quality customer service. “This is from an extremely happy customer of loan.co.uk. Last November When I was drowning from an enormous amount of debt, and no one but loan sharks wanted to talk to me, I received a call from loan.co.uk, and offered to help. I then started communication with Andrew Ireland. First all, I was very skeptical, but the mortgage process progressed really smooth and nicely and with Andrew’s assistance, today we finally completed. I am now paying a really low rate and saving thousands of pounds a month by paying off all my credit cards debts,. I am over the moon. If anyone needs help with mortgage, Andrew is your guy!”

The service I received has been exemplary and under what at times were very testing and difficult circumstances. I was always very well informed. “Absolutely excellent service from Hannah Green and loan.co.uk. I really can't thank Hannah enough. I'd had problems with another broker and decided to call loan.co.uk. It was a lengthly process because of our circumstances, but we got the result we needed thanks to Hannah and loan.co.uk. Hannah was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout. “It was my first loan and I used to think I was unappealing to the lenders because I didn't have a long term regular income and lack of documentation. But Craig Legge with enriched knowledge of various lenders helped me to find out the right one. He is not only responsive and hard-working, but he is also patient and a good character. His job was actually finished once I received the formal offer. However, after receiving his fee, he still promptly answered my newbie queries and chased the solicitors for me to ensure the legal process goes smoothly. They might not be the cheapest option, but if you want to get the job done in a pleasant way, I have no hesitation to recommend Craig.”
