“Absolutely fantastic service, the whole process has been completed in 3 weeks! my advisor Sharn Brewer was so helpful and efficient and kept me informed through the whole process, Sharn responded to me in less than 24hrs everytime either via email or phonecall. “Amazing is an understatement. I required a 2nd additional borrowing on my BTL. I then contacted loan.co.uk. Sue was throughly professional and everything was laid out clearly and all options made available. She kept in contact with constant updates. The whole process was very smooth. “I would like to shout out to Sariah Bagley. She has been a complete breeze to work with throughout this process. From start to finish Sariah kept us informed, provided clear instructions, supported us with our many questions and was overall very pleasant to speak to. Often discussions about loans can be stressful, but we didn’t feel like that at all! If Sariah’s manager reads this I would say she definitely needs a bonus haha!”

“The entire process has been made extremely easy and we are delighted with the outcome. The communication and support we received from initially James and then Sue was outstanding. All phone calls and emails were responded to extremely promptly and appropriately (which is very rare ). “We firstly had Shak Mukith to start our journey for the loan, and he was first class. Lucy Williamson , assisted us through the rest. Lucy was fantastic, nothing was an issue.
