“Professional and friendly approach! I could'nt fault the service, right from the outset Missi and Lena were professional in the qualifying process. Once a deal was found agian everything about the product was simply translated for me before being handed on to my case handler Rachael. I was quick to provide Rachael with required paperwork as once again she was clear and concise in what was needed! Once all documents were forwarded to the lender Rachael frequently kept me updated until the completion of the loan. I would highly recommend Loan.co.uk to anybody Thanks for making it so simple and stress free :)”

“Tom was our mortgage advisor when we were facing severe financial pressure. Having heard how difficult our finances had become to juggle he immediately set to work to find a solution (I genuinely believed we had exhausted every avenue). Tom was understanding and non judgmental and once a product was found passed us on to Hannah our senior mortgage underwriter. Hannah worked hard to keep in contact with us and answered multiple questions quickly and throughly. Due to our circumstances I believe it was no easy feat to help us find the right product. Hannah was really supportive and fought our corner from the start. We are very pleased to have completed and now have an easier road ahead. This company and its staff really do go above and beyond and their customer care is fantastic. Thanks Hannah And Tom!”

“I filed an online enquiry with Loan.co.uk to look into setting up a sizeable home improvement loan. The company responded by telephone within five minutes of my initial online enquiry and as this was in the evening, I was impressed at the promptness. The representative dealing with my application was very helpful and the attention to detail was excellent. Although there were a couple of small hurdles to sort out during the application process, my loan was approved and paid out in a few days. “Dan is extremely knowledgeable around the various products that may suit a client's needs. He sourced me an extremely competitive bridge rate for a nearly complete property to release some equity to complete. Tiara was involved in the completion process once Dan had obtained the approval in principle. I'll be using these guys again for sure.”
