“Loan.co.uk were a breath of fresh air to deal with ...always friendly and non-judgemental when discussing personal circumstances etc. they call when they say they will, are very quick at responding to communication and made the whole refinancing of our mortgage etc very simple for us. They found us a way to save money and supported us with the application. Very happy with the service we received and would recommend.”

“This was our second time using Loan.co.uk, and after a good first experience, we had no hesitation in returning for our remortgage. Scott and Stephen were extremely helpful from the start— responsive, and committed to making the process as smooth as possible. The options they provided were far better than what we could find online, and their advice was always clear, timely, and supported by regular check-ins. As our remortgage involved transferring from a bridging loan, the process was occasionally time-consuming, particularly when liaising with the appointed solicitors. However, Stephen’s support throughout was reassuring and invaluable in ensuring everything was completed successfully. We are very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to use Loan.co.uk again in the future. We would also highly recommend them to anyone looking for mortgage or remortgage options”
