“Quite a bizarre experience with loan.co.uk. I rang them unhappy with a broker fee I was being charged by freedom finance. Aaron agreed the price was extortionate and said he would only charge half the quoted price. As we were so far into our loan application with freedom finance he said he would send me an email to encourage them to lower their fee. If they refused then to return to him and he will sort the loan for me. I am currently awaiting a response from freedom finance. Unusually pleasant and honest conversation.”

“Great service! Received phone call shortly after requesting the call back. Following the initial chat have been passed to another team who guided me through the rest of the process. There was quite a bit of documents to go through but it took only matter of days. Whole process took less than 3 weeks and now we have money to complete our house extension. Thank you”

“What can I say I don’t normally leave reviews, and this isnt sponsored but genuine person who needed some additonal funding as my high street mortgage company couldn't think outside the box. James and Lucy made the second charge a seemless process and would not hesitate to use again if needed. Also as a bonus their fees are lot more competitive than other well known providers.”
